Everyone in the service department was kind, personable , knowledgeable and helpful. They informed me of the delay on the delivery of the part I ordered (it wasn't vital to the vehicle at the time) and as soon as it came in called and scheduled service appointment. Installation of the part and service update was completed in less than 2 hours!

My family and I were in transit from Texas when our car broke down. The following morning we had our GMC towed to this location. Immediately upon arrival our car was serviced and was ready by the end of the day. We received A+ service and appreciate the timeliness of it all.

Big fan of Serra Chevrolet Cadillac Buick of Jackson. I bought my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax AT4 there and I love it. The staff tool great care of me and found just what I was looking for. I arranged with Brad Ballentine,the GM, to pick up my XT-5 with a loner vehicle in order to have the oil changed and tires rotated. The trip is approximately 150 mile roundtrip, the car was picked up in the morning and returmed that afternoon with the work completed and an exterior wash and interior vacuum also done. This makes my second XT-5 through Serra of Jackson but I've had previous experience with Brad at a former employer and I could not be happier. My experience was wonderful! I have no complaints. The service was top notch.
Serra of Jackson is always great. This time they weren’t on their game like usual. Had an appearance for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. Oil change was smooth but 2.5 hours later I got the truck. I asked why the long appointment and technician said they didn’t have any fuel filters and had to go buy one. Seems that if you make an appointment two weeks in advance all parts etc should be on hand. I also feel I should have gotten the fuel filter at cost.
Dylan and the associates were great to work with. They were quick to provide us the information we needed and the process was fast and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

Serra Chevrolet service has always been my go to. I bought my car there in 2020 and all oil changes/tire rotations/basic upkeep is done at Jackson’s Serra. They’re always respectful, quick, and do send out coupons. I took my vehicle in to get new brake pads, and they told me I have about another 30k miles left on them. So, they’re honest as well! I’ve been a customer for many many years and have bought several vehicles from them and will continue to be a dedicated customer!

The appt was easy to make although later than usual as they seem to be booking up farther ahead. My KIA was taken in on schedule. The oil changed and tires rotated in a timely manner. The charges were as agreed and expected.
